The check is in the mail to wrap up our bathroom renovation project. It has been a wonderful experience and I thank you and Kevin for making it such a success.
The only renovations Alan and I have done to a house before this experience has been painting. So you can understand our nervousness to have such a large project (at least in our minds) looming. Our end goal was to have it done right the first time and done within a reasonable period of time. If we had taken this on ourselves, we'd still be chipping the old tiles off the wall! We didn't have the experience or the time to make this renovation a reality which is why we went with an expert.
I am thrilled we went with a small business rather than with one of the larger renovation companies out there. You made us feel like we were your only customer with your quick response and attention to help us pick out and coordinate all the necessities for the bathroom. And none of that work would have come together without Kevin's great work. He has wonderful attention to detail and great patience to make renovation work. He did an excellent job working with the "discoveries" that occur when you take down a wall and move plumbing, and the final touch up items to make the bathroom truly complete.
We are 100% satisfied with our new bathroom and we thank you both for making it happen. I'll be sure to pass on your name with confidence to friends who are looking for a bathroom specialist. Let me know if you want to work on a kitchen.

I just wanted to formally note the exceptional work performed by Kevin and Blake on bathroom #1. A good opportunity to view the work up close during the painting. The walls were prepared perfectly, making painting a breeze. All caulking, tiling, grouting, cabinet work, etc. met my stringent standards, which my wife says are unreasonable at times. I expect perfection, and while it can be unreasonable at times, I got it this time. I can't wait for the 2nd bathroom to be done.
Also, as I stated before, security of my property and possessions is paramount, and Kevin and Blake didn't disappoint. The respect they showed not only to the property, but to me and my family are truly appreciated, I would recommend them highly to anyone.

We recently had both of our bathrooms renovated by Baths by RJ and we are completely satisfied. They did an excellent job! During the last few years, we upgraded our house with several major projects including: new roof, new siding, new deck and fence, and new bathrooms. We can honestly say that the bathroom renovation was the only project that was done to our complete satisfaction. Some companies promise you the world and upon "signing the dotted line" pawn you off on a subcontractor who may or may not be able to communicate with you. This was not true with Baths by RJ. They came through with everything they promised.
Initially, we contacted Ricki and spent over two hours discussing the scope, expectations, pricing and parameters of the project. We had a lot of questions about the project. She has excellent interpersonal skills (which include patience) and is completely versed in her field of expertise. We immediately felt comfortable with negotiating the project. Positive feedback flew both ways. After we agreed upon the project, she had her team leader visit for a site survey. A project start date was provided - and (within a couple of days) it was kept. Her staff was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Again, without going into all the intricacies of the project, Baths by RJ did an excellent job. We received daily progress reports...The crew was honest, clean, and also had excellent interpersonal skills. All aspects of the project were documented - and fulfilled.
Recommendation: Would we recommend Baths by RJ? You betcha! They are professional - and provide an end product that exactly matched our expectations!

We recently contracted with Baths by RJ to tear out and redo two of our bathrooms. The entire job took about four weeks to complete, but I must say we were surprised, pleasantly, that the job was handled so cleanly by your techs.
Both Brent and Mark were extremely pleasant to work with and they took pride in what they were doing. They are a real asset to your company. Each day they lay their tarps and kept the job site clean as they went. They left me only dust (smiles) to clean up.
We now have two new beautiful baths to look at.
